Extensive renovation and interior design
of a spacious Duplex Apartment
Extensive renovation and refurbishment of a duplex apartment situated just off the highly regarded Northcote Road, Clapham.

Undertaken by Tyler Property Consultancy Limited, the hugely dilapidated interior, unoccupied for decades, was given a total overhaul.
The entirety of the apartment was stripped out, one wall removed to create a stunning high ceilinged modern open plan kitchen / dining space, and the remainder re-configured to increase the feeling of space and light within, creating 3/4 well proportioned bedrooms with an additional office space / snug. An additional shower room was created alongside the refurbished family bathroom, and the garden was overhauled and sympathetically landscaped to create an elegant paved terrace area with separate raised grassed section, bordered by a row of stunning mature olive trees to the rear.

Feature lower wall panelling was added throughout the entrance halls and staircase, and a bordered herringbone runner added to bring the staircase to life.
​
Bespoke cabinetry was added to the Living Room either side of the elegant new feature fireplace, with backlit lighting to the alcoves, and a statement glass chandelier to finish the room, with new spotlighting installed to the remainder of the apartment.
​
Herringbone engineered flooring was installed throughout, alongside carefully chosen carpeting to provide additional warmth to the bedrooms. Calacatta Quartz worktops and splashback were installed within the kitchen, with an extensive feature mirror added to frame the room, placed above the breakfast bar with its view over the landscaped terrace and garden, flooding the room with natural light.

The apartment was interior designed to provide a showroom finish, and sold to a local client shortly after launch.

Extensive renovation and interior styling
of a large Edwardian House
Extensive renovation and refurbishment of a large wide aspect Edwardian House, located in the stunning Surrey countryside.
​
Project managed by Tyler Property Consultancy Limited, the refurbishment involved a full strip out and an extensive, elegant upgrade, retaining and enhancing the period features throughout.
​
Feature lower wall panelling was introduced within the entrance hall, formal living area, and to the staircase to the first floor landing, along with detailed coving and ceiling roses throughout.
​
Alongside the upgraded kitchen, bespoke designed cabinetry was added in the form of a pantry unit to the dining area and bespoke backlit alcove shelving to the living room either side of the beautiful feature fireplace.
​
Calacatta Quartz worktops and splash backs were introduced to add elegance to the light-filled kitchen, and the bespoke painted island unit added depth in a dark hue to cement itself as the key feature, finished with oversized pendant lighting.
​
Herringbone engineered wood flooring was installed across the Ground Floor, and plantation shutters installed throughout, providing the finishing touches to the renovation.
​
With extensive glazing throughout the generous extended rear double aspect dining area, in the form of double aspect bifolding doors and substantial lantern roof lights, the house was flooded with natural light, overlooking the substantial mature private garden.

Conversion of Edwardian House into
Three Luxury Apartments

Conversion of a large Edwardian Terraced House into Three Luxury Apartments on one of Southfields exclusive 'Grid' streets which benefit from panoramic views over Wimbledon Park.

The development involved a full width and full length Second Floor loft extension, wrap-around Ground Floor extension and complete re-build throughout. The house has been divided laterally into three residential units, with the development providing one Ground Floor 3 bedroom apartment with a substantial private garden, and two 2 bedroom spacious upper floor apartments.
​
The Edwardian property's period features have been sympathetically retained by Tyler Property Consultancy Limited, whilst modernising the apartments designed to the highest specification, and installing extensive glazing to flood the apartments with natural light.
​
The apartments were fully interior designed and finished to an exceptional standard and specification, with sales agreed on all units within weeks of coming to market.

Re-design & Refurbishment of Feature
Red Brick Period Apartment
Refurbishment of an elegant three bedroom period mansion apartment in the heart of Kensington.
Project managed from start to finish, this project involved an entire redesign of the flat for the client, to maximise the usable space. An extensive refurbishment was undertaken throughout, including an entire re-wire, new bathroom, new kitchen, redecorated living room, bedrooms and new feature lighting.
Carefully selected engineered wood flooring and tiered plantation shutters were the winning touches for the client on this refurbishment, creating a beautifully refreshed pied-a-terre.

Extension, Remodel & Refurbishment of
Elegant Victorian Garden Apartment
Extensive refurbishment and extension of a one bed ground floor Victorian conversion apartment just off the vibrant Northcote Road to create a new two bed property.
Planning permission was obtained to open up the rear and a sizeable wrap-around side and rear extension was undertaken, creating a stunning new open plan kitchen living space.
A number of large feature skylights were incorporated to maximise daylight, whilst bi-fold doors were installed to the rear, opening out onto the paved patio garden to increase the sense of space.
The reconfiguration saw two new bedrooms created to the front of the property, along with a modern family bathroom.

The original period features were beautifully restored and emphasised, whilst the new living / kitchen space was sympathetically modernised.
